Our first project was to remove the two side doors from the West side of the building....
And then we optimized the structure of the building by building a framework around it...
Now, time for the Kool Seal! First, we applied it to the roof of the building, using a Graco 190ES airless sprayer equipped with a .021 tip and an extension wand. No thinning of the Kool Seal was required; we simply stirred the Kool Seal slightly and then sprayed it directly out of its 5-gallon bucket:
